Use of Donations
All donations support NAMAM’s charitable, cultural, educational, and community service programs and operational activities.
Donation Receipts
NAMAM will provide donation acknowledgments or receipts as required by applicable law.
Refund Policy
Donations are non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered in cases of:
Duplicate transactions.
Processing errors.
Unauthorized transactions.
Requests should be submitted within 3 days of the donation date.
Recurring Donations
Recurring donors may cancel future donations at any time. Previously processed donations are not refundable.
